I hadn't been back to this place for awhile ~ and boy has it changed! They have a brand new entrance and fish pond as you walk in the front door, replacing the one that use to be in the middle of the dining room. All the furniture (tables and chairs) have been completely replaced, the carpet has been switched out for a pretty wood floor, the windows to the garden now slide all the way open, and the restrooms have even had a total makeover.... but, best of all, they now have a beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by bamboo! They use to have a gorgeous garden, but now you can actually dine out there and it's great, peaceful and not a car in sight! I'm so happy this place has a new polished, yet still comfortable, atmosphere... because the food is just super! This is the best place for sushi ~ always really fresh. And, if you're not crazy about sushi the tempura's, teriyaki's and other traditional dishes are also worth a visit. The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly.
